How to use
Four steps, start to finish.
Prepare the surface
Clean off loose particles, oil and contaminants by wire brushing, grinding or water blasting. Cut a U-groove along cracks and joints, then dampen to saturated-surface-dry.
Mix
Add the powder to clean water and mix 4–5 minutes until smooth — 2.2–3 L per 10 kg bag. Mix only what you can apply within 15–20 minutes.
Apply
On a saturated-surface-dry surface, brush the first coat in a circular motion, filling every pore and crack. Apply a second coat in a cross direction within 12–24 hours.
Cure
Mist with water 3–4 times daily for at least 3 days while crystals form. Avoid foot traffic for 72 hours and heavy traffic for 7 days.
